LOVE, the most beautiful feeling in the world. Everyone at some point in their life must have experienced it. But does true love exist? How to differentiate True love with Love?
If you are here reading this article, then you must be thinking of that one person who swept you off your feet. Isn't it a beautiful feeling to be loved by someone. but the real question is for how long? Can a person love you for eternity? Is this what we call true love?
“The course of true love never did run smooth.” ― William Shakespeare, A Midsummer Night's Dream
True Love is no different than love. Some might argue that True love lasts forever and love don't. But to keep things simple Love is love and "true" just adds the importance to that feeling.
The problem today is we misunderstand every feeling with love. Like, "I Like him, oh maybe I'm in Love with him"
"I have a huge crush on her, maybe I've fallen in love with her"
Well, this is more interesting,
"I saw him the other day at the school, I am love with him. Love at first sight".
Guys really..? There is no such thing called "Love at first sight" or "Love at last sight".
I mean we can call it that way if we want to but honestly, are you sure you can decide a person who you will be spending the rest of your life in just seconds?
Love is an underrated concept. Not every beautiful feeling we experience is "LOVE".
In fact, love is a mixture of all these feelings combined. Attraction towards a person, being protective of them, paying attention to every detail, being afraid to lose them and basically ready to go to any extent to see that smile on their faces. When anything related to that one person's happiness brings joy to your life, that's when you call it, LOVE.
Love is hard work more than just a feeling. The more you love and own that person, the more efforts you put to build a beautiful relation with them. The key here is, the effort should be on both sides.
Love has no breakup just like you never break up with your parents or siblings. If you ever felt like breaking up with someone then it was never Love. It could just be infatuation, lust or one of many other feelings. Our dictionary has a whole bunch of words to choose from.
So, Yeah true love exists and we call it Love.
And yes it is a big thing. Not everyone gets that opportunity to experience it but if you did then just put more effort to turn it to a Disney's happily forever story.
