4 ounces of salmon
Lemon Juice 5 spoons
1 tomato diced
half onion diced
1 carrot diced
coriander leaves diced
mint leaves one strand diced
2 garlic pieces diced
soy sauce 1 spoon
olive oil two spoons
salt 2 pinch
Add all the above ingredients to a bowl and dip salmon in this mixture.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake the salmon for 15 to 20 minutes
